  Definitions of Abbreviations in Services Column
FP Focal Point:   A highly visible multipurpose senior center where anyone in a community can obtain information about and access to services for older adults.   For purpose of these rules, focal points are so designated by the Area Agency on Aging.

MSC

Multipurpose Senior Center:   A center facility which is open for a minimum of six hours a day, five days a week, and provides or coordinates for participants a nutritious meal and a variety of services such as, but not limited to, transportation, nutrition education, health screening, information & referral, exercise/physical fitness and volunteer activities, etc.
SC Senior Center:   A center facility whose primary focus is the delivery of services (including meals) to participants, but does not remain open a set number of hours a day.
 C/1 Congregate Meals:   Served at the center.
C/2 Home Delivered Meals:   Delivered to the participant’s residence.
* Services preceded by an asterisk are currently funded in part with Title III funds through agreements with the Area Agency on Aging of the Permian Basin.
