  Definitions of Abbreviations in Services Column
FP Focal Point:   The Area Agency on Aging serves as the region’s focal point throughout the Permian Basin.
SC Senior Center:   A center facility whose primary focus is the delivery of services (including meals) to participants, but does not remain open a set number of hours a day.
 *C-1 Congregate Meals:   Served at the center.
*C-2 Home Delivered Meals:   Delivered to the participant’s residence.   (Eligibility requirements must be met)
* Services preceded by an asterisk are currently funded in part with Title III funds through contracts with the Area Agency on Aging of the Permian Basin.
