FP Focal Point:   The Area Agency on Aging serves as the region’s focal point throughout the Permian Basin.
SC Senior Center:   A center facility whose primary focus is the delivery of services (including meals) to participants, but does not remain open a set number of hours a day.
 C/1 Congregate Meals:   Served at the center.
C/2 Home Delivered Meals:   Delivered to the participant’s residence.   (Eligibility requirements must be met.)
